Anyone can record in a bedroom. That is not the same as making a record.
Artists twenty-five and under often have never set foot in a studio — they have only tracked alone, in headphones, in a room that was never built to be listened to.
A real room changes what comes out of you. You hear yourself through a 44-channel console, under a fourteen-foot ceiling, with somebody on the other side of the glass listening as hard as you are. You play better. You finish things.
That is the reason to book a session. The gear is the second reason.
